Stayed at the hotel for Easter and had a great time. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options. The location was perfect, just a short walk from all the attractions and restaurants. Plus, the hotel had free WiFi which was super convenient for planning our day trips.

That our room was a bit small, but it was still comfortable enough for our stay. the parking was a bit limited, but we were able to find a spot nearby.

You can hear everything through that hotel. When the whirlpool function of the bathtub next door is used at 1:00 a.m., sleeping is difficult. The equipment is generally a little outdated.

We loved the spacious rooms and bathrooms, as well as the warm and comfortable ambiance of the hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, including making phone calls to book cave tours. The location was also great, within walking distance to the historic center and perfect for starting our Camino del Norte journey. As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated the fresh and local breakfast options.

Very large room in an elaborately restored town villa. The whole house is very spacious and tastefully furnished and has an elevator. A terrace in front of the hotel and the hotel's own bar invite you to linger. The historic centre of Santilliana del Mar is 250 metres from the hotel. Quiet but central location. Great breakfast with delicious local specialities.

A delightful hotel overlooking a pretty town park. The staff couldn't be more helpful, and of course Santillana is a very special mediaeval town.We would warmly recommend this idyllic spot.

Gorgeous accommodation! We stayed for a romantic getaway weekend and it was perfect. Loved the soft, fluffy pillows and comfortable bed. The breakfast was yummy with a great range to choose from. It is very close to the town center, we could walk to all the shops and restaurants.

We had a bit of trouble with communication but who cares! We were there to spend time together, not to chat with the staff.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of town and across from a beautiful park. We loved being able to walk to all the main attractions and explore the area at our own pace. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, from the helpful housekeeping to the friendly front desk. We also appreciated the attention to detail in the amenities provided, such as the comfortable terrace, mini-bar, and in-room safe. It truly enhanced our comfort and made us feel right at home.

The hotel ws beautifully furnished and we had a large double room overlooking the green with a spa bath. Excellent. The owner spoke excellent English and gave us lots of useful advice about where to travel.
